It is about an hour drive to skiing at either Breckenridge or Monarch Ski Resorts. Shopping and dining out is within a 30 minute drive to Buena Vista. Denver is about two hours northeast and Colorado Springs is about 1.5 hours to the east. This lot is reasonably priced at $55,000.
