A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund and distributed through The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program.
Through the Program, EXIT Realty's involvement with charities can potentially reach every community where an EXIT office exists — supporting causes that strengthen the neighborhoods EXIT associates serve.

The Program
How It Works
Step 1: An associate raises funds
An EXIT associate raises funds for a local, approved, registered charity — a 501(c)(3) in the U.S. or a CRA-registered charity in Canada.
Step 2: EXIT Realty matches
EXIT Realty matches the funds raised, up to a maximum of $3,000 per initiative, in the country where they were generated.
Step 3: The community benefits
Funds stay in the community where they were raised — a win for the charity, the associates, and the neighborhoods EXIT serves.
