William Powers

William MrBill Powers has lived with his family on Long Island his whole life and has been an investor in real estate since 1984.

MrBill grew up in North Massapequa and graduated from Farmingdale High School. One of six children in a blue-collar family, he learned to work with his hands from his father and eventually went into business for himself, first owning a Wrought-Iron Custom Fabrication Shop then gravitating back to the family business by owning his own Plumbing, Heating and General Contracting Company. He specialized in the areas of residential re-design and remodeling and over the years has successfully restored many dilapidated homes to the beautiful, comfortable living spaces they were meant to be. He has since transformed his love of building beautiful homes to a love of finding people the homes of their dreams.

Applying his lifetime of housing experience, as a REALTOR®, MrBill knows a well-built and maintained home when he sees one.
