Kasia Popiwniak

    Biography

 My name is Kasia Popiwniak, I am a part time real estate broker with Exit Realty Redefined, who love meeting new people, listen to their stories and help them turn their dreams into reality by finding their "dream home". 

 If you are looking to buy, sell, lease or invest in real estate, I would love to be your real estate counselor. Real Estate might be your biggest investment and you need to be informed and guided by professional so you can witness smooth transaction. 

 I have market knowledge, perseverance and the customer service skills needed to make your next real estate transaction a successful one. I continually invest in myself by upgrading my education knowledge to better serve my clients.

 I  am also a wife and mother of three beautiful girls who mean the world to me. We live in Northwest suburbs of Chicago and on our leisure time we love to go on the road trips with our 2 dogs to explore our beautiful country.

 My real estate experience and customer service career started with my husband construction - construction business, where I've been helping him run it for past 12 years. We have worked on all kind of real estate projects together, starting from luxury brand new constructions to additions, renovations and custom work. 

 I always wanted  to be a wonderful wife and mother first and I've fulfilled my goal so far however my daughters are  growing up  fast and I realized that I am missing self accomplishment, that perhaps I should do something for myself?  If I can build or remodel a house why don't I buy or sell them? That's when I discovered my passion      REAL ESTATE!

 There is nothing better for women than to feel independent.
