Jasmine’s journey into real estate began at just 22 years old when she purchased her first home in Fargo. The excitement and empowerment she felt during that process sparked a lasting interest in the field. Today, she’s driven by a desire to help others experience that same joy and confidence when buying or selling their own home.
After relocating from Fargo to Colorado Springs in July 2022, Jasmine Swinland quickly fell in love with the natural beauty of the region and the incredible people who call it home. Now a licensed REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Pikes Peak, Jasmine is proud to serve clients across all of Colorado, with a special focus on supporting military families—an honor inspired by four generations of service in her own family.
While she’s new to the real estate industry, Jasmine is no stranger to hustle. With over a decade of experience in retail management, she brings a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving to every transaction. She's also laying the groundwork for her own business, Swinland Signature Homes LLC, diving deep into the world of real estate with energy, curiosity, and drive.
