Elizabeth McCathern

Hey there! My name is Tyler McCathern. I have been licensed to sell real estate since 2019. I love all things real estate! It is something I have been passionate about my whole life. I joined the EXIT Palmetto team in July of 2024. I am so grateful to be a part of such an experienced team and company that has so many resources! I truly feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be. 

I have always lived in the Midlands. I grew up in Irmo, SC and graduated from Irmo High School. I have my Business Administration degree from SNHU. I have two teenaged daughters that are my pride an joy. I have always loved being outdoors with my girls. We love to camp, paddle board, and hike. Sunsets are our favorite! We also have two dogs, two cats, a guinea pig, a hamster, and eight chickens. I have always loved animals and so do my girls. It’s like our own mini farm! We hope to one day have a farm of our own!
