Lori Mings

My name is Lori Mings.  I have lived in the Campbellsville area for over 40 years, watching this community grow and become a desirable area to live in.  

I have had my real estate license since 2004.  During this time, I worked in the mortgage industry for over 23 years, as a licensed loan officer, utilizing the USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional loan programs. I then moved on to be an underwriter and a branch manager.  I obtained all certifications required, to be a DE Underwriter, for FHA loans, which allowed me to give the final loan decision and on to loan approval.  I then obtained the VA SAR certification, which allowed me to review all VA appraisals and underwrite/approve VA loans.  As a loan officer, underwriter and branch manager, the borrower/buyer was always my main focus as the homebuying process can be overwhelming.  My ultimate goal was to help others to achieve homeownership and the process to be flawless.
