My name is Edgar Iglesias and my passion is helping buyers and sellers accomplishing their real estate goals. It is an unknown journey for most, but my team and I put emphasis on educating our clients.
We help break down any doubts, or misconceptions about the process. Our expertise of property values through the Long Island Area from Nassau to Suffolk County focusing on the neighborhoods of Babylon, Bay Shore, Brentwood, the Islips, Commack, and Smithtown.
I have been selling real estate since 2015. My business since I started has been built on referrals. My previous experience from running a retail store, working at a bank, to helping the community by providing health insurance has set me up for my success. Through my past jobs Ive gained the skills in networking, marketing, and the ability to understand and connect with people and really listen to them to best help them.
In 2018, I was awarded the EXIT bronze regional production award and LatinoUS Magazine Top 20 under 30, in 2019 I was recognized by the Young Professional Network of the Long Board of Realtors Top 20 under 40, and In 2020 I was awarded an EXIT silver production regional award.

Growing up my parents always ingrained the idea of always doing the right thing. Being the child of two immigrants, I always understood the American Dream. I have an appreciation for hard work, as I have seen the benefits are that it reaps.
Being the first in my entire extended family graduate with a Bachelors Degree from Stony Brook University has so much pressure because I paved a new way for all those around me. I lead my business with the same ambition to help and pave ways!
I love meeting new people, and listening to them about their lows, and how it pushed them to their achievements. This is what constantly pushes me. I love traveling all over Europe, and Central America meeting new people while I am there and immersing myself into the culture. I am always impressed with everyone I meet kindness, and building lifelong friendships.
When I am home I love spending time with my four legged child, my Toy Poodle Chico there is no better love than the one he gives me when I get home every day!
Everyday, I get to help people who have the same dreams my parents had, and that was to make the American Dream come true. Theres nothing better than seeing those who I helped making memories, and sharing them with me.
