This area, located just south of Colorado Springs, has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, offering a unique mix of historical homes and new developments.
I’m originally from Florida, but I’ve lived in several states, including California, Ohio, Louisiana, and now Pueblo, Colorado, where I reside with my husband and five sons. I studied creative writing at South Louisiana Community College for three years and have co-owned a small business with my husband for the past six years. Having relocated multiple times, I understand firsthand the complexities of moving to a new state, both for home and business.
Through that transition, I discovered a deep love for properties that carry a sense of time and place. I am most passionate about historical properties, aiming to preserve the charm and history of older homes. As a member of the local historical society and the owner of a 76-year-old home, I bring a deep appreciation for history to my real estate work. I love assisting buyers and sellers in researching properties to better market them or uncover valuable information for a purchase or sale.
Additionally, I’m certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and Home Finance Resource, meaning I can help you price your home accurately or ensure you’re getting the best deal when purchasing. I also help buyers navigate the different loan options available to make informed decisions. I enjoy doing the foot work: the networking, the marketing, the open houses, the door hangers, social media posting, etc. My job is to make the process smooth and straightforward—so you can actually enjoy the experience.
