Wendell Black

Wendell grew up in Saint John, NB. Hes always been a team player from his Senior A hockey days to his national level karate experience, to his newest passion teaching Aikido. Hes also been very successful in his business ventures. Being self employed most of his adult life, he has fully embraced a full time career as a REALTOR®.

Wendell has many years of customer relation experience from years of working in the hospitality industry, with commercial property investments, and with apartment rentals - from managing day to day operations, to supervising major renovations, and general contracting. He knows properties from the ground floor up and his vast knowledge is a great asset in helping you, whether you're looking to buy or sell a home, or a commercial property.
