About Wayne
Wayne Hall has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience on running a real estate brokerage. He operated his first brokerage under Re/Max in DeRidder, Louisiana from 1994 to 2004. His second real estate office was with Coldwell Banker from 2004 to 2006 also in DeRidder. From 2007 to 2012 Wayne continued to develop residential homes and subdivisions from DeRidder to Ragley. Wayne joined the EXIT system in 2012 as the Franchisee for EXIT Real Estate Consultants in DeRidder and has grown his office to over 30 associates. In May 2019, he became the Regional Owner for EXIT Realty of Louisiana by acquiring the subfranchise rights and is now responsible for the growth and development for EXIT in Louisiana.
