By day, I’m a Principal Broker — by night (and weekends), I’m wrangling kids, horses, and maybe a little country swing dancing. I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2012, and I’ve pretty much done it all — residential, land, investment properties, short sales, commercial deals — you name it.
My background in appraisal work, credit analysis, and management has been my secret sauce, and since 2021, I’ve proudly served as Principal Broker at EXIT Realty Bob Lamb & Associates — my real estate home since 2015. I LOVE what I do. Helping agents grow, guiding clients through either creative purchases or listing strategies, and solving real estate puzzles! That’s my jam.
Born and raised in Wilson County, TN, I’m a true Tennessee native with a knack for vision casting, negotiating, and keeping things light — because life’s too short to be boring. I work hard, play harder, and believe every challenge has a win/win solution.
