About Trevor
I grew up in beautiful Prince Edward Island but moved away upon graduation from University of PEI to serve a rewarding 32 year career in the Royal Canadian Air Force across Canada and the USA as a: pilot, stategic planning, program manager, chief of staff, and commanding officer; to name a few roles. Upon retirement I served 4 years as a project manager with Veterans Affairs Canada. During this time, I gained an appreciation for service and expertise in leadership, team work, problem solving, strategic thinking, and attention to details in complex, sometimes risky situations. I also learned how to lead people lovingly with integrity, compassion and care.
As a family of 4, we have experienced 10 Government moves (with Brookfield Government Relocation Services - BGRS) buying and selling homes so I understand personally the stresses and trials of buying, selling, and moving with children of all ages. I also had a number of rental properties over the years, so I am familiar with the rental business aspects.
Very happy to have moved back to PEI in 2018, I retired from the military and am now pursuing a second career that uses my acquired skills and experiences to help others in a professional, calm, detailed, and caring manner.
Having raised a family of two daughters, now young adults looking to get into the housing market, I recognize the challenges of the current real estate market and the difficulty getting into home ownership. I am familiar with all of Canada and PEI's home buyers incentives and the provincial markets.
I have, and continue to, volunteer with several Island and national organizations. I have a passion for community, social justice and helping others.
Partnering with my wife of 32 years, Carolyn; we are very excited to use our collective strengths to provide you with professional, dedicated and honest service as your "Finally Home PEI" Real Estate team.
