Trent Denson is a licensed real estate agent with the J Harmon Home Team and the founder of Spread The Positive, a multimedia platform dedicated to amplifying uplifting stories and community impact. Since 2018, he has launched over 60 shows and produced more than 2,000 podcast episodes, helping individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses share their voices with the world.

Born in Memphis, raised in Asheville, and now based in Middle Tennessee, Trent is a proud NC State alum, Panthers fan, and dog dad to his mini Aussie doodle, Cami. He lives with his girlfriend Kristin, head volleyball coach at Stewarts Creek and Rhythm Volleyball Club.
