About Tracey

I have been investing in real estate most of my adult life. Let me help you find your best home, investment, or commercial property.

I was raised watching my mother support her family, first by owning a restaurant, then becoming a real estate broker. I appreciated the way my mother taught us that nothing was beyond our reach. I learned from her that “where there’s a will, there’s a way”. Her creative influence imparted to me the courage to reach for my dreams.

In 2000 I began managing a 1,200-acre ranch for my extended family. I envisioned and created a world-class, organic vineyard-estate winery. Beginning with wild mountain property, I guided the project from forest management and permitting to viticulture and winemaking.

Since 2021, I have called Stevensville, Montana home. I am passionate about the culture and beauty of Western Montana. I resonate with the rural way of life, the way people here still wave driving down a dirt road. It is easy to make friends in this amazing part of the world where traditional values still matter.

I pride myself on professionalism and integrity. Real estate is a big investment. Your resources and your happiness are deeply connected to making the right choice and having the buying and selling process go smoothly. I am here to mindfully guide you through every step with the care and creativity you need and deserve.

I am an avid equestrian, competing in ranch rodeo and barrel racing. I enjoy snowboarding, cooking, entertaining, and writing. I understand ranching, farming, and all the seasons here in the last great place.
