Tina Mirdita

Tina is a Bronx native that has lived in Westchester for over 10 years. She started her career as a property manager for a property management/real estate company in Westchester. Throughout the course of time processing all sales and purchase applications from her residents, Tinas interest in the real estate field grew stronger, leading her to pursue her believed inner calling.

She strives to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. She knows how to listen, is generous in offering information, and more importantly, knows when to stop talking. Her main intention is to understand her clients needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time. There is no deal too big or too small, or a neighborhood she wont go to, to make a client happy. Every transaction, she believes, is always about her customer.

While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. Treating customers like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for Tina. In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, a good happy hour with friends, the sounds of a great music playlist and seeking outdoor adventures. Fluent in English and Albanian, Tina enjoys engaging with people of all cultures.
