About Tamela
Tami Maloney moved to Meade County from Louisville, KY with her husband, Jim in 1993. Tami attended Jefferson Community College and was previously employed as an administrative assistant for a local heating and air conditioning company. For the past 12 years, Tami has enjoyed being an assistant in the Fort Knox Community School System.
Tami is very active in her community. For the past five years, she has served as Director of the Doe Valley Day Camp. The camp provides an option for parents who rely on day care services through the summer. The camp promotes physical activity outdoors.
Tami and her family enjoy camping, four-wheeling and grilling out. Her hobbies include reading and writing and she spends as much time as possible with her children.
