Surma has always been passionate about real estate, and now she will be part of the Exit Grace Realty family, helping clients take the next steps in their journey of homeownership. Surma Rojas is a bilingual Spanish speaker who has left her position after 23 years of service as a Billing Supervisor with a law firm located in Chicago. Within her role of Supervisor, Surma excelled in her organization and communication skills by keeping clients and attorneys informed of the firm's financials. She used her tech-savviness to create systems using Excel to maintain clear communication. Surma's warm nature and helpful demeanor created a sense of comfort for clients to seek her assistance and answer questions.

Surma is a dedicated, kind-hearted, determined professional who puts people's best interest first, ensuring they are pleased with any transaction. She finds joy in knowing that she can help others professionally and personally. When Surma is not working, she volunteers and spends time with her friends and family.
