As the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Private Client, he specializes in the sale of multifamily, land, and retail properties throughout the Bronx and Lower Westchester. Steven is also highly experienced in 1031 exchanges, helping clients navigate these complex, tax-deferred investment strategies with clarity and precision.

A lifelong resident of the Bronx and Lower Westchester, Steven has an unmatched understanding of the local communities, market trends, and long-term growth opportunities. He is currently raising his family in Westchester, where they are actively involved in local schools and community initiatives.

With a degree in Finance from Fordham University, Steven blends financial acumen with practical real estate expertise—an approach sharpened by over two decades of industry experience. Having grown up in a family that owned and managed multifamily properties, he learned early on the value of hard work, ownership, and building generational wealth.

Fluent in both English and Albanian, Steven works with clients from all backgrounds, offering a straightforward, action-oriented, and results-driven approach. He has been recognized with production awards every year since joining EXIT, a testament to his consistency, integrity, and client-first philosophy.

Steven currently serves as Vice Chair of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) at the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, furthering his commitment to the professional growth of the region's commercial real estate community.
