Stephenie understands the the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. She believes REALTORS have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. Stephenie is constantly furthering her knowledge and has earned the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).

Her work ethic didn't start in the real estate industry, but followed her from her past career; she was awarded the employee of the year award during her time at Atalanta Sosnoff Capital, a financial management company, in New York City.

Stephenie feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations. She believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Stephenie has served her community in many capacities from PTA Council Representative to Dutchess Outreach's Lunchbox program serving meals to the homeless. She and EXIT REALTY also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated $2.25 Million to charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
