Stephanie Conway

I was born in Arizona and raised in Colorado and Wyoming. I learned early the value of community and connection. In 2004, I moved to Texarkana to start a new chapter with my husband, and together we’ve built a beautiful life with four amazing children and three precious grandchildren (with hopefully more to come!).

For 15 years, I worked in the customer service and healthcare field — experiences that taught me the importance of empathy, communication, and genuine care. When my husband and I bought our dream home in 2017, the joy I felt that day was indescribable. It was then I realized my true calling: helping others feel that same happiness when they find the perfect home.

As a proud mom and family member of several who have served in the military, I have a special love and respect for military families. I understand the unique challenges they face and feel honored to help them find comfort, stability, and community through homeownership.

Faith and family are at the center of my life, and I bring that same heart and dedication to every client I serve. Helping people find a place to call “home” isn’t just my job — it’s my passion.
