Shelley is the first and only Canadian Rookie of the Year  1st runner up that Exit Realty Advantage has ever had! Which goes to show, this Award winning realtor hit the ground running  and became a Gold Award Winner (closing over 75 real estate transactions in 1 year) in her 3rd year of business. Shelley is a full time realtor, with a full time assistant who is a talented interior decorator who can advise and help stage her clients home to most effectively reach peak market potential. What does she attribute her immediate success to? Understanding people, studying the market, constantly upgrading her knowledge of the market and the tools for effectively marketing properties and protecting her clients Real Estate investment.
