Hi, I’m Shawna Lemmon! I’m a real estate professional who’s lucky enough to live, work, and enjoy life in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. I’ve called Volusia County home for the past 35 years, and I love helping others find their perfect spot in a place that means so much to me.

To better serve my customers, I’ve earned certifications as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and a Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS®). These designations reflect advanced training and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As an ABR®, I provide buyers with expert guidance, strong negotiation skills, and a clear understanding of today’s market. As an SRS®, I offer sellers strategic marketing, pricing expertise, and a results-driven approach designed to help their home stand out and sell successfully.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, who is a professional fisherman, and our two children. We share our home with our dog, Zeke, and five chickens, who always keep things lively! I enjoy early morning beach walks, taking Zeke to the local dog park, fishing with my husband, working out, and diving into a good book. Personal time with family and friends is something I truly value, and I feel grateful to live in a community that offers so many ways to stay connected and active.

Giving back is also a big part of my life. I currently volunteer with the Junior League of Daytona Beach and have been involved with PTSA, Coastline Kids Church, and Women United over the years.
