Sharron Richardson

My professional journey has encompassed many roles including administrator, manager, trainer, small business owner, real estate sales, and servant leader. Regardless of my role, my passion has always been and and continues to be customer experience. In 2002, after ten years of management in the training industry, and another handful spent running my own small business while raising children, I joined the Franchise Support team at EXIT Realty as a frontline support rep. Accepting the challenge to lead the team in 2005, I broadened the training and support landscape and implemented strategies to accommodate scalability as the company continued to grow. In 2012, I accepted the position of Vice President, Broker Services, specializing in identifying areas of opportunity and implementing strategies and solutions that align with organizational goals and elevating the training and support experience for our owners, administrators, and agents. I have also enjoyed the privilege of emceeing EXIT Realty’s convention since 2014.
