Scott Hodges

Scott Hodges has spent 25 plus years in the Salt Lake Valley and has lived in Murray, West Jordan, Sugar House, and now resides in South Jordan. He has a varied background that includes not only 10 years of experience in real estate as an investor, but also 13 years in aviation. Four of his 13 years in aviation were as a licensed FAA professional flight instructor in California and for 9 years of which he served as an airline pilot with Horizon Air flying all over the Western United States. He attended the University of Utah and has a B.S. in Aviation from Utah Valley University.

Having lived in 4 different states and moved 7 times while as an airline pilot, he knows the importance of customer service and staying current and highly skilled in one's area of expertise. He has a strong work ethic and unique perspective of the world which he brings to his real estate business. He enjoys researching the market and being a source of knowledge and information for his clients. His number one goal is to help his clients feel informed so that they can make the best decision for their specific situation and ultimately be happy with their real estate purchase or sale.

Scott focuses on his client's needs and works diligently to provide the information that is useful and valuable in their decision-making process. Scott is also an investor and owns and manages 10 single family rental properties.
