Sabra Garmon

Hello friends! I'm Sabra Garmon and I have lived in Central Kentucky for over 30 years. I have seen the community, especially Versailles, grow in a responsible manner, welcoming everyone to the area to share in what makes our corner of the world unique and special. This is my second venture into real estate. I was fortunate enough to be named a Member of the $1.15 million club in 2006. After taking a break from the real estate industry, I discovered Exit Realty Heartland and WOW, they are awesome! Exit Realty Heartland not only cares about their clients, but they also care about their agents. This caring attitude in turn creates a productive environment that translates into success for the agents as well as the homebuyers and sellers. To me, Exit Realty Heartland is more than a real estate agency: they care about the communities they serve. The Realtor Code of Ethics, especially the Golden Rule, is at the Heart of everything they do: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Originally from Cumberland County, I graduated from the University of Kentucky, Go Cats, with a degree in accounting. My degree provides me the opportunity to use my education and experience to help clients navigate the financial details of their real estate transaction and communicate with their lender. Shortly after graduation, my husband and I moved to Versailles where we have resided ever since. My small-town roots in combination with having lived in a larger city, positions me to understand a variety of different buyer and seller needs and desires. In my spare time, I enjoy cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and spending time on Green River Lake.
