Roser Neil-Perry

Roser has lived in the Hampton Roads area for over 30 years.  She is very familiar with the Military lifestyle as she is married to a retired Naval Officer and she  also served in the Air Force.  While she has over (30) years experience in sales she has also mastered the skill of negotiating.  Roser loves helping ,she gives attention to detail and you can count on her to give you great service.
