Ronnie Wooldridge

Hello Friends, Ronnie Wooldridge here. I'm a licensed Real Estate agent at Exit Realty in good ol Lubbock Texas. 

For many years I had a successful Remodeling Contractor business and Rental property portfolio. I've bought and sold many homes over the years as a contractor, house flipper, investor, and eventually became a licensed Real Estate agent. Working on homes and with owners for years and years, taught me a little bit about everything in the construction of a home and real estate overall. Flipping and selling houses as well. This gives me much insight into the Real Estate business.  I also own and manage 13 rental homes now. I've been an independent business owner since 1990.  I moved to Lubbock in 2021 to continue more into the Real Estate business and because I really like Lubbock. 

I have served and satisfied 100s of customers in those industries and now more so in Residential Family Home sales. Alicia B. a recent client,  says she's a happy New Home buyer after recently working with me. I've always made sure my customers were happy and treated them as a friend.

My goal is to serve people with integrity, honesty, and see them acquire their dreams. I've always tried to treat people right, rather it was construction, rental clients, buyers, and/or sellers. I've also served in ministry positions in my old home town of Snyder in a local church so I know that serving people is what really counts. These principles drive me now in the  Real Estate business.
