Hi, my name is Rick Hoyer and in June of 2021 I retired after 36 years of combined service to
the Real Estate and Energy Services Industries. My wife, (a retired RN) and I moved to Foley
Alabama from Houston Texas and discovered how wonderful the area is and how much we love
the people. Prior to retirement we made a trip or two to Foley to search for a home to purchase,
and in that process decided on new construction. We chose our floor plan and lot and when we
were ready to move to Foley the house was ready.

We have since met many people who moved here from many places across the nation resulting
in new friendships like I never imagined. To top it all off we found an amazing Church only
minutes from our home. As time passed, I found myself longing to be productive again and
after some thought realized New Home Sales was a perfect fit. I am proud to announce my

The builder pays my fee without affecting the price of the home, and I am free to represent all

can seamlessly present you with alternatives from another builder or area, thereby saving you a
