Paul Crough

Paul is excited to be starting a new adventure - one that brings his story full circle.

The first chapter of his life found him performing on world stages in musical theatre, connecting with people through storytelling and song before returning home to the community in which he was raised. Along the way, his travels helped him understand both rural and urban places, giving him a real appreciation for how different communities live, grow, and feel like home.

Paul spent 27 years in education in a variety of roles where he developed strong communication skills, patience, organization, and a deep commitment to guiding people through important decisions. While offering his time and talents to a lifetime of community service projects, he also ran a successful not-for-profit theatre company for 10 years as Artistic Director, building skills in leadership, budgeting, marketing, project management, and spontaneous creative problem-solving.

Now, Paul is excited to help buyers and sellers by listening closely, advocating confidently, and guiding each step with care and enthusiasm so clients find not just a place to live, but a home where their next chapter can unfold and their own stories can be written.
