Omisha Ward

I am Omisha "Misha" Ward, a native of Birmingham, Alabama. In addition to being a realtor, I was also a social worker for 19 years assisting families and veterans with finding housing in Jefferson County and surrounding counties. This opportunity provided a wealth of knowledge about the housing market, as well as allowed me to maintain relationships with property management companies and real estate brokerages. I received a Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama.

I work with a team at EXIT MelRose Realty that have many years of real estate experience. We work with buyers, sellers, and investors in Greater Birmingham and surrounding areas. I have a passion for helping people and want to see every client that I work successfully purchase or sell a home. I specialize in assisting first-time buyers find their perfect home.

I am a mother of an adult daughter. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and gardening. I am active in my community and serve as a volunteer with several agencies in the Birmingham area.
