Nicole Monaghan

Prior to obtaining my license, I spent most of my life as a first responder. First as a volunteer firefighter for 4 years, then as a paramedic for 20 years. Having come from this background, I am well versed in the urgency to find a place to call home and be safe in your home.

I have spent my whole life on the South Shore. I appreciate all the beautiful places to explore here- beaches, campgrounds, trails, lakes and more. With a heart that has spent a lifetime gaining knowledge of this area and pure love for where I live, I want to help you find a place for your heart to call home. To be a good Neighbour.

Above all, I am proud to be a mom and a supportive wife. When I am not helping clients find their perfect property, you can find me leading the next generation as a 4-H leader. My love for animals extends beyond 4-H - furry friends hold a special place in my heart. It's important to be community-minded- To be a good Friend.
