Monica Holton

     My husband and I have lived in the Irmo/ Chapin area all of our lives.  We have 3 children and 5 precious grandchildren.  Most of our time is spent with our family.  We worship, play, live and serve here.  I belive in HOME.  Home is the place where our children can experience the same things that we did when we grew up.  Home is a safe place. It is the place that our morals are developed.  It is the place where we experience community and the place that we serve the ones we love.  

     I hold a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.  It was a great honor to serve families for over 17 years in Lex/Rich District 5.  I had the pleasure of making lasting relationships with those whom I taught.  Teaching is finding out and learning about your student so that you can differentiate learning and make that student successful.  It was hard work but very rewarding.  Teaching reminded me that EVERY student deserves the best education and respect that I could give.  I treated my students the way that I would want my personal children to be treated.  Being a teacher has given me skills that allow me to be mindful of details, and to search out ways to solve problems.  

     Real Estate has been a dream of mine for quite some time.  My husband , his brother and Father work in the field as well.  Their integrity and work ethic have inspired and shaped me.  I work with a motivated and knowledgeable team at EXIT. My family, my past career, the EXIT family and my drive equip me to better serve the public.  I would love to help you with your HOME. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
