Melanie Hamilton

Hi, I'm Melanie Hamilton, a proud Hattiesburg, Mississippi native with an appreciation for all that makes the Hub City one of the most desirable parts of the state in which to settle.  While I was born and raised in Forrest County, I have spent much of my adult life in Oak Grove (Lamar County), Midtown, and on the Avenues.  I love each of these vibrant areas and am excited to assist both buyers and sellers as they navigate one of life's most momentous transitions.

 

I have a heart for people, and a passion for all things home.  While I'm new to the Realtor® title, I'm no stranger to real estate.  I fell in love with it over 20 years ago when I bought my first home and began to feel invested in my neighborhood.  Ever since, I've enjoyed decorating, renovating, gardening, and turning spaces into something truly special.

 

Before stepping into real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in education, working in both K-12 and higher ed.  Helping others has always been at the core of who I am, and now I get to combine that love with my passion for homes.  Whether it's guiding someone through the buying or selling process, sharing design ideas, or simply offering encouragement, I'm here to serve.

 

I believe everyone deserves to feel good about where they live and confident about their next step.  It's an honor to walk that journey with others and share what I love along the way.
