I grew up and completed my bachelor's degree in the Philippines. Before migrating to the US, I was a bank teller for 11 years. Two of my siblings and I were fortunate to establish a small retail business here in Fayetteville, importing handmade items from the Philippines and doing business with reputable organizations and big military bases. Eventually, I decided to work as a full-time bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant, and Human Resource Manager for different companies. One day, I asked myself if this was really what I wanted for my career. I resigned and attended school to become a real estate agent, which was my dream of becoming one day.
In 2016, I got my license. I enjoyed actively qualifying for yearly incentives provided by EXIT Realty Preferred. I continually attended classes and additional courses to become more equipped to serve my clients better. From the heart, I know this is it! This is what I love doing and am certainly good at.
I have lived here in North Carolina for the past 16 years and have seen the community grow into the busy area it has become. My business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. I make it a point to give back to the community through volunteering and creating events that benefit many.
I specialize in helping first-time buyers find their dream homes and sellers to effectively and beautifully market their homes to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. I build and maintain client relationships, provide quality service, and communicate effectively. Married to a retired veteran who served 22 years in the army, and our son currently serves in the military.
