Mark is a life long Floridian born in Miami, Florida. Growing up, his family moved several times within the Greater Miami area, exposing him to growth of that city. He began to become familiar in 1977 with Gainesville, Florida while attending the University of Florida Go Gators! He has said: I see the future growth and expansion of Gainesville having watched it as a child in Miami. The similarity of growth west of the Palemeto Expressway in Miami is so close to the growth west of I75 in Gainesville. If he had had the funds, Mark would have invested early on. Using the past to see the future is what makes Mark a natural in real estate market.
