Personally, Mark and his wife (Tina) started out modestly in real estate first buying a foreclosed townhouse. Their first home seemed to set a pattern of taking the worst house in the neighborhood and making it the best house in the neighborhood. Improvements ranged from installing hardwood floors, tile, building granite rock retaining walls for landscaping, and anything else a home needs.
