Hello, I'm Lori, Lori Black, your local Spencer, IA real estate agent! Being a part of the EXIT Realty Midwest team, I provide real estate services throughout the Iowa Great Lakes Region.

My accumulation of my continuing education has resulted in earning my CRS, and GRI designations. The CRS designation is the highest designation a Realtor can obtain. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, and the Iowa Great Lakes Board of Realtors.

I am a life-long resident of Clay County, Iowa. As a second-generation Realtor, you might say real estate is in my blood. For the past 30 years, I have enjoyed assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Growing up on a farm, our family motto was to work hard, and then play hard.  I know what it takes to get the job done!

I pride myself on being very community minded. I'm actively involved in PEO; the First Congregational Church, and Early Morning Golf League at the Spencer Municipal Golf Course. My husband and I have raised three children. I love the outdoors; I enjoy working out, golfing, boating, sprint car racing, reading, snowshoeing, spending time with family, friends and my Golden Retriever, Jaxx.
