Lona Reiling’s irrefutable passion for helping others has fueled her entire life’s work. From being a MSW graduate to getting her Real Estate license 10 years later, she has always received rave reviews from so many past clients in both industries. For decades, she has been ensuring families have the opportunity to own a home and is a core value and guiding principle in her daily practice as a Realtor. Her mission is to share a complete spectrum of information to those that need it and encourage generational wealth in all communities.  This unique drive was evident even in her previous career in mental health advocacy where she rallied for services for challenged families and homeless youth. Currently, Lona serves all of Chicago and Chicagoland, specializing on the South side from South Loop thru South Shore.  Lona finds that her strength is the relationships she builds with not only the client’s but the communities as well.

Lona has grown to be a game-changer in her brokerage, EXIT Strategy Realty (most productive office group within the franchise system in the Midwest) as well as a leader within the real estate industry. She has surpassed office goals of earning 100k gross commission year after year, has received EXIT Realty International sales awards, received the 2020 Homesnap Excellence in Client Service Award and was a Featured Agent in December 2021 Top Agent Magazine.  She volunteers on the Chicago Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and has four industry honor designations: At Home with Diversity, GREEN, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and e-Pro, which certifies she has mastered putting technology to work for her clients in the Real Estate world.

Lona's strengths in networking, educating and motivating others has encouraged her to design a unique team model. She originally had an assistant whom she helped to mentor and this person eventually became a licensed agent. She now works as a co-worker and assistant to Lona’s business. From this dynamic duo start, growth occurred and she now mentors other new agents who are fortunate to be a part of the Lona Realtor Diva experience.  She likes to refer to her team as “A Collaboration” and it allows fellow Realtors to maintain their own identities & branding while receiving support and innovative ideas from this Top Producer with over 12 years of experience. Finally, Lona has a soft spot for small business owners.  She was the founder and CEO of Divas-n-Dogs, a famed one-of-a-kind South Shore shoe and dog fashion boutique, along with her CPO (Chief Pet Officer), Lily Saffire the Chihuahua, her four-legged business partner.  While Lily has passed away, you probably remember her dressed to the nines, patiently waiting from the comfort of the car while Lona showed homes.
