Logan Winn, MBA – Exceptional Real Estate Professional and Dedicated Investor

Hi! I’m Logan Winn, and I’m all about helping people succeed, whether it’s in sports, business, or investing. I studied Business Management, Economics, and International Business at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. I was also the captain of my lacrosse team there, showing my commitment to teamwork and leadership early on.

After earning my Bachelor of Arts in 2018, I moved back to Pleasanton, California, and started working at ADP LLC. There, I helped small business owners understand the laws that affect their businesses and sold them software for payroll and human resources. My first big project was when I helped over 100 companies by managing the sale of their payroll business to a local accounting firm. This was one of my first steps in helping my community win by making their businesses run smoother.

While working, I also coached a youth lacrosse team in Pleasanton and even started a travel program called Bay Elite, which grew to over 200 players. This was another way I used my skills to help young athletes excel. Around the same time, I began investing money through apps like Stash, Coinbase, and Fundrise, which got me into stocks, cryptocurrencies, and real estate.

My job at Envestnet-Yodlee involved creating strategies to help the company grow by connecting with big financial companies and innovative startups. I was part of a team that secured a $500 million deal with one of the biggest cell phone providers, which empowered the company to expand into the banking industry and was a huge win for everyone involved.

In 2020, I was accepted into Forbes School of Business’s Master's in Business Administration (MBA) program and finished with the top score in my final project. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Envestnet-Yodlee went through a restructuring and I was laid off, but I turned that setback into an amazing opportunity by investing wisely and starting my journey in real estate flipping, and doubling my investments.

After earning my MBA, I joined Salesforce, where I dealt with large real estate investment trusts, helping close deals worth millions. My main goal was always to create winning opportunities for the people I worked with, making each transaction smooth and successful.

In 2023, after a serious sports injury, I shifted my focus entirely to real estate. I got my real estate license in California and started working at Exit Realty Consultants. Here, my main mission is to make the complex world of real estate simple for homebuyers, sellers, and investors. I use my extensive knowledge in business and economics to guide you through buying or selling your homes, always aiming to help my team win big by making the best financial decisions for your individual situation.
