Lesia Van Gundy brings a unique blend of warmth and professionalism to the real estate industry as a dedicated agent at EXIT Realty 3:16. Her journey in real estate began as a means to provide, but it has evolved into a calling to let God's love shine through every interaction.
Rooted in faith and family, Lesia discovered her passion for real estate alongside her husband, Clint, who is the owner of EXIT Realty 3:16. They met in 1990 at a church singles event and have since built a life filled with love, laughter, and three wonderful children: Brandi, Jackie, and Jordan. Their family gatherings are made even more special with the presence of their children's spouses and five cherished grandchildren - two lively grandsons in Texas, Landry and Cooper, two adorable grandsons in Cullman, Teagan and Turner, and a darling granddaughter named Arlee Kate.
Faith remains the cornerstone of Lesia's life, as she and Clint actively participate in the vibrant community of Temple Baptist Church, Cullman campus, where they serve as Life Group Leaders. They find joy in fostering meaningful connections and strengthening their faith through weekly gatherings in their home.
Outside of real estate, Lesia finds joy in baking birthday cakes for friends within the community. This simple act of kindness reflects the joy and love she seeks to spread in all aspects of her life.
Lesia's upbringing from the age of five was shaped by her parents, LJ and Margie Guthrie, who owned Guthrie's Grocery and Garage in the Gold Ridge community. Her father's love for fishing on the Tennessee River at Guntersville inspired her, and she still enjoys fishing in the same spots, continuing his legacy. In the summer of 2023, she caught a 55-pound blue catfish, breaking the rod in four spots, a testament to her love for fishing and the outdoors.
Whether guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market or welcoming them into their cherished community, Lesia is committed to exceeding expectations and making dreams a reality, one home at a time.
