I have gained experience and education in multiple areas of real estate since 1989. I am a licensed Broker and I am certified and trained in Home Inspection, Appraisal, and Mortgage Loan Origination. I am also a trained and certified Housing Urban Development (H.U.D.) Counselor, and a Real Estate Instructor.
