As a long time resident of Jackson Michigan, I sell residential and commercial properties in Jackson, Washtenaw, Hillsdale counties and surrounding areas. Specializing in New Construction, Home Buyers, and Lake Front listings, my multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to my clients.
I take great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments. I use the latest internet technology to market and find homes at an expert level, and negotiate the best deals.
My education combined with years of experience in the field has served me well and earned me many awards throughout my career. I am a member in good standing of the local Association of REALTORS (JAAR), State Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Jackson Multiple Listing Service (JMLS).
I also feel that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, and I believe REALTORS® should be involved in the community where they work as well as I have served my community in many capacities for 24 years. EXIT Realty and I also support Habitat for Humanity and to date we have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat homes.
