About Kimberly
Kimberly Keys has a passion for building generational wealth and has the experience and depth of knowledge across the real estate industry to help clients experience great success. Born and raised on the west side of Chicago, Kimberly received her Bachelors in Computer Information Systems with a focus in Business Administration and began her adult years in IT Information Technology, but the path did not fuel her passions.
Her family had been real estate investors and it instilled in her a respect for the opportunities of owning property. She decided to research all areas of the overall industry, getting her MLO mortgage loan officer license, also worked with underwriters as a mortgage processor; she also has experience in the title field as well both in research and title closer; she is also a notary public and life insurance agent. Becoming a property owner and landlord in 2018 lit the fire for Kimberly to focus more on real estate. The key to her success was getting her real estate license.
Previously working at Redfin and Coldwell Banker, Kimberly is now aligned with and powered by EXIT Strategy Realty.
