Gifts-what are you good at? I'm a problem solver. And I'm pretty handy with a screwdriver or a paintbrush. I'd love to have one of those HGTV shows where I help people attract buyers for their homes. It'll be called Pullen Them In. We're still working out the details.

Passions-what do you love? I love refinishing, rehabbing, repurposing vintage items like a thrifty outdoor furniture MacGuyver. And I stay active kayaking, biking and tending to my garden. I also love the bond I've developed with a pair of tiny humans named Neva and Nash. They're my niece and nephew, but I spoil them like they're not my own.

Impacts- whom do you want to help? I want to travel this road with those who wish to be on the journey with me. I love that quote. And if you've ever been on a road trip with your bestie, you get it. The process of buying a home is not a short trip. I get to be the navigator for my clients, pointing out the next turns in the road so that they can enjoy the ride and focus on the important question: Is this our new home? And can we stop to pee soon?

Things I will do that my competition doesn't do? I 'm not afraid of getting dirty doing extra work to help my clients. Then I clean up and wash my hands and stuff.

Other facts about me: I'm very outdoorsy like flannel-and-a-chainsaw outdoorsy I was a landscape foreman for 6 years. Talk about dirty hands! I managed the Silver Hammer for 8 years, I was an in-home caretaker for over 2 years; I'm a certified floral designer and have a general passion for plants. This is my lifelong home. I'm passionately involved in the community, donating time and handmade items for several community events and fundraisers each year. These things may seem random, but they tell my story: compassionate, unafraid, willing, detail-oriented, and personally invested in the lives of people. While I may not have an alphabet of credentials behind my name, I've been helping buyers and sellers since 2009 and I will work harder than the next guy. I'm independent, self-sufficient, and available always. Until HGTV calls, anyways.
