Keith Sutton

For over 20 years, Keith Sutton has been a noteworthy leader in the real estate industry space.  Keith is an entrepreneur and owner of UCDI Security, overseeing installations of camera systems in the DMV area.  Keith is a natural born leader with a heart of a lion, but with a bite of a pit bull when it comes to his business ventures.  His hard work speaks volumes as he aims to provide the best customer service in his community.  Keith?s mind-set is to never quit but to always complete a task, no matter what the challenge.  He is also known as for his mantra, where there is a problem, there always lies a positive solution.   He is very intuitive and seeks to meet the needs of his clients.  Keith also has keen, negotiating skills and strives to ensure successful transactions.

 

Keith has recently taken a leap in faith, pursuing his dreams of fully entering the Real Estate space.  He is currently working with Exit Community Realty.  With real estate, he feels that he will be on the front end of the spectrum.  He has experienced flipping houses which only lead to his passion in real estate.  As a real estate agent, and with the experience of flipping houses, Keith can truly educate the people of his community with the education he has garnered thus far.  He can think outside the box which has earned him a stellar reputation among his clientele.  Keith is a teacher at heart and always willing to share and pass on his knowledge to those who are willing to learn.  He is fully committed to his craft.

 

Keith has a passion for giving back to his community and has done so for the past 30 years.  His passion is working with the youth, teaching young boys to become men.  He makes a difference in his community by taking part in a youth organization at a boxing gym.  This shows his hard work and commitment helping at risk youth.
