My Region consists of the great state of Mississippi and Alabama. My professional background leading up to my current real estate profession has helped me become a top producer as well as a Regional Owner in a short period of time. I previously worked with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. as a Regional Marketing Manager, which taught me many skills that I am able to use to become successful in my current role. I managed a Region that produced over 1 billion in sales and managed 13 Stores. I am well equipped to negotiate any contract due to my communication skills as well as my ability to understand the impact it would have on my broker/owners and Business Allies. I am people oriented as well as numbers driven. I also understand the need to provide my broker/owners the tools they will need to be a successful franchise. This will enable them to grow and give them the ability to reach their personal and business goals. I am developing a region of franchise owners and brokers that will focus on growing their offices thru having a vested interest in the success of every agent that works for them. As a regional owner I have a vested interest in all of my franchisees to help them become wildly successful by following the Exit Realty Formula and providing them with the continuous training to keep them the most current in their market and become number one in market share.
