Kathryn Emerson

Kathryn Emerson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, administration, management, community service, and real estate portfolio management. Kathryn was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama ,educated at the University of South Alabama and has spent her life enjoying the Alabama Gulf Coast

As the mother of seven children, Kathryn is a natural organizer, problem solver, and caregiver. She juggled a busy career as an interior decorator and later as a business owner before moving to Baldwin County over 20 years ago.

Kathryn developed and administrated a Mothers Day Out program as a community service outreach to the Gulf Shores area when her children were young. Later working in the Sales and Hospitality industries, she won awards for Customer Service Excellence and Company Service Awards by putting her customers first and setting standards high.

Kathryns years of experience with real estate portfolio management has exposed her to many unique situations. These experiences required in-depth research, education and the ability to overcome many challenges to difficult buying and selling issues.

As a member in good standing of Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR), Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR), and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Baldwin County Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Kathryn is very proud to be a part of the professional team at EXIT Realty Gulf Shore.

Trained in EXIT E-listing technology, offering curbside texting, social-media integration, and interactive communication, she uses the latest marketing technology tools in her marketing strategies. She has also developed her skills over the years with continuing her education and training through courses and seminars.

She is a long time member of the Fort Morgan Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and a past member of Fort Morgan Living History Society. She also supports Habitat for Humanities.

She is very familiar with the area, specializing in Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach. She is involved in her community and can offer a locals perspective to those looking to move to the area, invest in vacation rentals, or find their own place in the sun.

Kathryn enjoys reading, quilting, sewing, and spending time with her large family and many friends.

Kathryn Emerson is outgoing, loves meeting new people, and is always looking for creative ways to serve her clients. She prides herself on accountability, attention to detail, and personal service allowing her to build lifelong relationships with her clients.
