John Ward

My name is John M. Ward and I am the broker of record and franchise owner of the office.  My market is the Antelope Valley, including Lancaster, Palmdale, and surrounding areas, as well the San Fernando, San Gabriel Valleys, and other Los Angeles County areas.  I've been in the residential real estate business since 2008 and have helped many home buyers and sellers successfully achieve their real estate goals.  I've lived in the Antelope Valley for 36 years.  I've been married for 36 years, and have 2 adult children.

I have a PhD in Theology, Masters in Electrical Engineering.  Prior to real estate, I had a career as a flight test engineer at Edwards Air Force Base. this gives me a particular fondness and understanding of the military buyer and seller experience.  I love learning new things and I love helping people. One of my passions is working with others to help build better communities.
