I, John Stephenson, is a family man devoted to God, my wife, two children and four grandchildren. Originally from the state of North Carolina I relocated to New Jersey in the summer of 1970 trying to fulfill my career as a Finger Printer for the FBI but my career was curtailed and had to choose another path. After several years of misfortune I began a computer career in 1977 which started at ECPI (computer school) in Paterson, NJ.
At that time I devoted most of my time to Real Estate and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1983. During that same time my computer career took off and I ended up being a Computer Network Engineer and for 41 years plus I've been in the field along with 8 years as a Network Instructor. I am self-taught and only attended computer schools a total of 9 months of my life. Trial and error was my teaching. Presently I am a Computer Network Engineer for Essex County in Newark, New Jersey and manage a huge network.
Real Estate and Computers are my passion and to see a buyer or seller at a closing is a complete joy. At one point in my life I owned 5 homes and managed them alone. I am well abreast of the Real Estate market and try to encourage as many clients as I can to own rather than renting.
I use my expertise and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. I have five words you can count on and that is love, integrity, commitment, passion and fun.
